GOLDEN JUBILEE OF FR. BERT AS A RELIGIOUS

As the Church teaches

‘Christ proposes the evangelical counsels of poverty, chastity and obediences in their great variety to every disciple….the religious state is one way of experiencing a ‘more intimate’ consecration, rooted in Baptism and dedicated totally to God’ (Vatican II PC.5)

‘contributing to the saving mission of the Church’ (Vatican II LG.43).

We rejoice in Fr. Bert’s dedication to the religious life for 50 years and thank God for the graces given him in his life and his work for the Church.
