PROGRESS REPORT ON WORKS AT OUR SCHOOLS

Construction of a new all-weather oval at O.L.M.C. School is proceeding quickly with workers labouring in all weathers. The ground has been leveled and 450 cubic metres of crushed rock has been brought in by 58 trucks to form the formation. Concrete kerbing has been laid. After the holidays tank water from the roofs will supply the toilets at O.L.M.C. achieving a financial saving as the price of water rises.
At St Anne’s School, the new building is at lock-up stage with the electrical fit-off being carried out next week.
