This 2012 school year has seen an increase of 4000 students in Victorian Catholic Schools to about 198000. The new St Francis of Assisi School in Tarneit opened with almost 200 students– unprecedented for a new Catholic school. 23% of Victorian children now attend Catholic schools. Parents are continuing to have confidence and trust in our Catholic Schools.
