PARISH MULTICULTURAL DAY

This will be held on Sunday 1 October at 11am in the Parish Centre. Tickets cost $10 and food will be provided. To take part in this great celebration of diverse cultures within our parish contact Garnet Jacob or the Parish Office. All proceeds will support the Parish Youth Group.

PARISH ASSEMBLY 2017

“At our Parish Forum on 2 September we heard and discussed:

– Whilst our Parish faces a number of challenges over coming years we also have lots of opportunities emerging with our potential Aged Care Development with Villa Maria Catholic Homes, the building and opening of Holy Trinity School and the potential for 2 more schools in coming years.

– The numerous vibrant Ministries at work across the Parish and their plans for the coming year

We look forward to seeing you at the Forum in September 2018″

Christmas in July Dance
Thanks to all the parishioners who sponsored and supported the Christmas in July Dance last weekend. We raised $150 for Goonawarra Neighbourhood House and $150 for Chaplaincy and $150 for Youth Group.

CHRISTMAS IN JULY FUN NIGHT

Pop, Rock and Roll, Dance Night, for all ages.

All profits will be shared by three deserving groups:

1) Goonawarra Neighbouring House Mentoring Program – for young girls bullied in schools.

2) Chaplaincy program in local schools and

3) Youth Group.

Your support will allow the above groups to continue to deliver their programs to deserving youth.
